sing!

i'm not really singing...just happens to be the song i'm listening to at this time...had a pretty painless day...worked at DB this morning...same suckiness as usual there...then went to this health seminar required for all NYS teachers...was not looking fwd to it going in...but the teacher who presented the seminar was awesome!!!! he was funny, interesting, down to earth...if he taught grad classes i'd take him in a heartbeat...after that i went to nassau coliseum to get islanders tickets...going on dec 10 with jess, leeza, jenn, chris, the gym teacher eddie at my school, and eddie's wife...should be a good time...after that, i had lunch, then worked on my presentation that's due tuesday...finished that up, watched a couple documentaries i got for free from B&N the other day, then ate dinner...now i'm here...just stopped playing guitar and i'm just vegging out now...
...had the best lunch today...and a great dinner too...lunch was salmon, black beans, and a salad with romaine and broccoli...was great...and healthy...then dinner was grilled chicken, black beans, mushrooms, broccoli, all in a tortilla shell....mmmmmmm.....heheheeh
...anyway...nothing profound again to report...later!
